If you work daytime this is perfect for you. We don’t smoke, have no pets and expect the same. All utilities are included, with responsible use. I prefer 1 person, overnight guests are fine. Male or female is fine. This Garment district location is fun and vibrant. You will have full use of kitchen and common areas. 2 flights of stairs walk up, brick building, classic fire escape, railroad style apartment, you will have the better, larger room. We remove our shoes or use indoor only shoes inside but its up to you if you want to continue that. I use indoor shoes. no need for a credit check. we can agree on 1st and last months rent or something that works out. there will be no situation where your waiting for a deposit to be returned at the end because i dont take a deposit from you. i have lived in midtown for many years, and had many successful roommate situations.
