Wellness Studio available Fri/Sat/Sun

Hi, I’m an acupuncturist looking to share my space with another wellness practitioner/ body worker. The space is currently available on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday all day at 250 each day/month. So every Friday of the month would be yours for 250. Ideally looking for somebody to take at least 2 of the available days. This would be great for a practitioner who works during the week and wants to start building a clientele or has a clientele but doesn’t want a full time commitment or lease.

The space comes with all furniture provided and there is no room for additional furniture or storage so you would need to bring all of your supplies at the beginning of your day and return the space back as is at the end of your day. This makes the space best suited for a massage therapist or reiki practitioner, somebody who needs few supplies to practice.

The space is available month to month. My lease is up for review in August so I cannot guarantee space past that point but I do intend to renew.All utilities are included. Rent is paid to me, the leaseholder, by Zelle, Venmo, or cash. This is a sub tenant agreement.
