This centrally heated/air conditioned artist’s accommodation is located on a newly renovated floor of three artist studios.
The artists work mostly during the day, so the place is very private in the evenings. Although the artists on the floor are welcome to use the kitchen, they rarely do, leaving it to be used mostly by the visiting artist. This is a great option for artists, curators and scholars coming to the city for a temporary stay.
$500/week. One week minimum stay.

The closest station is the 6 train to 103rd street and Lexington. Just 2 1/2 blocks away. There are also many buses along Lexington and Third Avenue
