Looking for a new studio mate to join us in an amazing studio space in East Williamsburg/Bushwick beginning July or August 1st. The ~480 sq ft studio is on the 4th floor of a historic factory building filled with artists, a short walk from the Grand L stop, with a ton of storage space.

– Rent: $500/month ($500 deposit required), not including heat
– Sunny window + shared common space
– Shared with two considerate studio-mates
– Space for desk, shelving, easel + ample storage
– WiFi + secured keycard access
– Ventilated + heated
– Freight elevator, slop sink, bike + on-site parking

Open to artists and creatives of all mediums, with the exception of anything that creates dust or strong odors. Strong preference for someone who works primarily during daytime hours (roughly 8am–5pm). Please email with a little info about yourself (and your art!).
