Size: room approx. 220 sf, apt approx. 800 sf. It is unusual spacious for NYC.

Bathroom and kitchen area are shared.

Neighborhood: Bed Stuy/ Ocean Hill; very good commute (J, L, A/C – 30 min to Manhattan). small parks, laundries, shopping, coffee shops, bars nearby

Looking for a calm, quiet, responsible, friendly person who values a clean, harmonious home. Ideally not much stuff you want to move in with.

No pets. No couples. No parties. No drama.

Rental requirements: A signed sublet agreement, one month’s rent plus one month security deposit up front, copy of passport or US driving license
