Spacious 2-bed, 1-bath apartment is available for sublet from July 1, 2026, until August 31. The apartment is furnished with a large pantry, an open layout, and two south-facing windows. Conveniently located at the border of Bushwick/Bed-Stuy, a 10-minute walk to JMZ Myrtle-Broadway or 12 min to G Myrtle- Willoughby. Plenty of buses and City bike stations, laundromats, several grocery stores, bars, and restaurants are nearby. It’s also a 15-minute walk to Von King Park. There’s a lovely backyard with a hammock, a grill, and a fire pit.
Rent for the entire apartment is $3300 + utilities with a $3300 deposit.

The room with two windows looks over the backyard, has a full-sized closet, and plenty of space for a dresser, desk, and more furniture. It currently comes with a bed, mattress, and a nightstand. Move-in date is July 1, 2026 (or possibly July 15) until August 31, with the possibility of a longer-term sublease. (Please note that the furniture will be different.)

The room with red light and one window is more furnished and has access to the backyard (which you’d share with other roommate). Move-in date is July 15, 2026, until August 31.

Rent for each room is $1650 + utilities, with a $1650 deposit.
