Summer sublet in HUGE Prospect Heights Apt

I’m looking for someone clean, courteous and friendly to sublet my room in my gorgeous 2-bedroom Prospect Heights apartment. The room (9 x 14.6 ft) comes fully furnished with a huge walk-in closet, big dresser, and desk (bedding sheets + towels not provided though).

The apt has a massive kitchen (w/ dishwasher!), a large dining area, and a very cozy communal living space.

The apartment itself is located in a perfect location — two blocks from Prospect Park/Grand Army Plaza + the Brooklyn Museum, and is on the same block as Radio Bakery, a pilates studio, laundromat, and a craft beer bar (but is still very quiet and cozy!). We’re a 7-minute walk to B/Q and a 5-minute walk to 2/3.

I’m looking for someone July + August (available starting June 29 though, and can possibly be flexible for a few days in early September too).

My roommate, female in her mid-30s (she/her), works in media on a hybrid schedule – working from home + in office a few days a week. She’s quiet and enjoys solo time at home, but also cooks and reads/watches TV in her free time. We like to keep the space extremely clean + tidy and appreciate open communication and respect of shared spaces.
