Summer sublet in a bright, specious shared studio with large window
I’m looking to sublet my studio while i’m out of town June 21-aug 1. Price is for the whole period / or you can pay $150 a week (2 weeks min)
You’ll be sharing a 350sq. ft. space with another quiet and respectful artist and my stored away paintings and things. You’ll be getting about 170 sf part of the space- two big, bright and empty walls for your use.
The studio is bright and clean with high celling and wooden floors

Building Details
The studios at 100 Rochester Ave, are an artist-run co-op space with a tight knit community of artists, makers, and creatives. Together, we occupy and maintain a 5,000sq. ft. warehouse off the Utica A/C stop, near Bushwick, Bedstuy, and Crown Heights. Our building features a shared woodshop, movie theater, freight elevator, and loading bay. We pride ourselves in being a diverse group of makers, and are looking for more artists and creatives to join us!

I am a painter, use oil paint (with no toxic solvents) and would like to sublet to a painter/video artist/illustrator/designer/writer/photographer whose work is not too dusty or noisy (no wood sanding, metal work, ceramics, etc.).
