sublet in shared studio, sunset park (ASAP - end of August)

Half of the space in a 500sqft Sunset Park studio available for sublet, move in ASAP through end of August.
My space is rectangular and includes the lit desk space beneath the storage loft.
All of the work visible on the walls will be packed away, my belongings will be in the upper storage pictured. I’m including one image to show the other half of the space as well, used by 2 studio mates.
Price is 709 + utilities (generally ~$80), this can be split between 2 people if desired. Preferably someone working in dry media (painting, drawing, textiles, etc.), not especially suitable for woodwork/ceramics/anything else dusty. You are free to use my 3 folding tables; slop sink nearby down the hall. Entrance into the space is using a pair of keys and a mailbox is available. We have a portable A/C installed for the hot summertime.
