We have spaces ranging from 150 square feet to 2000.

We own and manage the buildings.

One is loft style with two freight elevators and private spaces the other building is brand new, with an oversized passenger elevator as well as hvac including a/c.
Both are directly across from the Moran Avenue L stop.
We have both windowed and non windowed space in the older building and all windowed in the new building.

Minimum of one year lease.

We hold two months security.
