Spacious East Williamsburg Share

I’m looking for someone to share my spacious studio with me in East Williamsburg starting July 1st. The space is 540 square total (20’ x 27’) and includes walkout roof access. The room is private but is an open space that we would be sharing (no dividing walls) so we can both work in a large room. It has clean white walls and a wood floor that’s painted black. There is a large skylight overhead, a ceiling fan, a mini split ac/heating unit, and 2 baseboard heaters. The rent is $850 each for a total of $1700.

I use the space primarily for making costumes and various 2d/3d projects and shooting and editing photo and video. The current setup is that we each use one side of the room and use the far end as a sort of flex space for shooting and doing other work that requires more space. I’m looking for an artist, an editor, a writer, a photographer, a remote creative, or someone else who needs space to work outside of home and is cool with an open plan. It has to be someone who’s not often creating a lot of dust, and not someone using toxic stuff frequently because we don’t have direct ventilation (tho the roof is an option for this kind of work). My schedule changes weekly but I’m typically there a few weeknights and on the weekend with occasional weekdays.
