The space is within a mixed use building, primarily artists and creative use. I work in creative and art related fields and would like to find someone that has similar sensibilities.

The walls are refinished and freshly painted this year.

Details:

130 sq feet in a 900 sq ft room.
The area will be empty.

There are two windows which are accessible from a raised platform workspace.
Polished concrete floors, with radiant floor heating.
Very stable electricity, and heat. AC is installed during summer months.

There is a small kitchen area with appliances and refrigerator.

Includes Wifi and heat.

It is a shared room and overall not intended for phone calls, employees, meetings in a business capacity. If your practice involves being on the phones or zoom throughout the day it’s not the best fit.

This is a fabrication building, creative maker design related fields are very welcome.
