Shared studio for cartoonist/illustrator/designer/small art setup

Spot available for responsible, friendly artist with a small, not too messy setup in shared studio with 2 others in a walk-up industrial building. No oil painting unfortunately. Mediums must be relatively free of vapors. Clean studio room, hardwood floors, stool and desk available to use, no windows unfortunately but bright lighting. The space for you is one corner, about 6’x6′. A/C and heat, but does get a bit hot and cold in the winter–we have a small space heater than can be used. Bathrooms, slop sinks, microwave and fridge nearby and small shared wood shop available. Great artists on the floor. Security guard at the gate 24 hours. Our schedules vary but we’re sometimes there Mon, Wed, Fri afternoons and random evenings. Looking for someone who would be there something like a few times a week.
