– 15 mins walk to Prospect Park!
– No washer/dryer, but multiple laundromats around the block
– Many cafes, bakeries, bars, restaurants nearby
There are two bedrooms available – you may choose to stay in either one. The other room will be used as a storage/office, shared with only one female roommate in her late 20s, who has a hybrid working schedule.
I can leave the majority of the furniture (twin bed frame, mattress, clothes rack, shelving units) for you if needed.
