Im renting half my studio, with a private bathroom and sunken garden. Wifi and utilities included in the price. It’s quiet and peaceful space, and stays cool and comfortable all summer. 24/7 access but no excessive noise after 8pm.
I work with oils, clay and some light woodworking- but clean often to cut down on dust. I love talking about art and technique with other creatives, especially other oil painters.
