Searching for an Apartment with studio studio potential or a studio with basic living i.e. full bath with shower and loft or bed space. October (September) Move-In and 30 Mins from FiDi

I’m looking for a Unicorn in all honesty lol. The ideal situation would be a 1 bed with a spacious living room allowing for a leisure/studio vibe. I don’t use paints or anything as I do Photography, 3D printing, and Software Work. I actually don’t need a large bedroom so, enough space for a bed and dresser would be great. That way the living and kitchen is enough for daily use.
