Available for a 7 month sublet October 1 – April 30 with potential for extension. The studio has three large windows, 13 ft ceilings and 800 sq. ft. of usable space, not including communal space (bathroom, utility sink, mail area, loading dock etc.) The studio is on the second floor of a modest two story industrial building. It is quiet and neighbors are friendly working artists and small businesses. This is an excellent space for a professional painter, artist, or two creative people who will share. Heat/Electricity not included in this price. the building runs cold in the winter, there are low efficiency electric baseboard heaters, but I use an industrial space heater.
