Room Offered In Hell's Kitchen

One month sublet of cosy room in Hell’s Kitchen on 46th and 9th, in the heart of the city.

The room comes minimally furnished with a mattress and a garment rack, duvet, sheets and pillows. The room is located off the dining room/kitchen in the middle of the apartment. It is protected from street noise but does have some sound from the kitchen when people are cooking. The room has high ceilings, crown molding, wainscoting and original hardwood floors, along with a window that looks onto an internal alley.

The apartment is a shotgun style, 1930s gem in Hell’s Kitchen located on the second floor for a five flat (one flight of stairs, no elevator). We are near an incredible amount of transit in and around Times Square.

Our apartment is a tidy, artistic, shoes off, quiet home. We are both in our late 30’s, both artists and cultural workers. We are looking for someone who is tidy and considerate. The apartment has a single shared bathroom and a kitchen/dining area so we check in via group text when hosting dinners with friends or embarking on long cooking projects.

We think this home is special, as are the price and peace in the middle of the city.
