Prospect Heights: Bedroom + Private Living Room

Hello!

I’m subletting my bedroom + large private living room while traveling this July 15-August 1.
The room is $2200 per month, or $75/night.
I’m asking for $1000 flat for the July 15-August 1 sublet. Utilities are included in this fee.

You’d be living alongside two fabulous, clean and respectful roommates, but since you have your own private living room and a private entrance, the space feels a bit like your own solo apartment.

No pets allowed. No smoking. Open to couples, but we’re ideally looking for one person only.

Apartment is railroad style so your living space has a private entrance off the hall. The bathroom and kitchen are shared with the roommates and on the other side of the building’s hallway. Sounds strange but it’s delightfully and quintessentially New York.

Room includes an A/C unit, desk with a monitor that you can use, and a working upright piano you can play.
I will clear space on the clothing rack for you.
