Private studio w loft storage sublet (with option to renew lease)

Hi! Subletting my studio with possibility to renew. It’s in LIC on the first floor in a super well maintained building. It’s 11×15 and the ceilings are about 16ft high. I had a loft storage with ladder built out in the space that can be left there or removed. It’s 850 a month all utilities included. There’s a wood shop in the building as well as a communal kitchen. They also participate in LIC open studios which is always fun! Lmk if you’re interested. For September 1st 🤩
