I have a degree from RISD and show with Grimm gallery in NY/Amsterdam, and have the lease for the floor which is shared by 12 other artists/architects/designers/photographers. I originally got this particular space in 2004 and worked there myself for over 10 years. I was sad to leave it when I moved to LA, as it is truly my ideal work space.
