Private Studio 12' ceilings, two massive sets of windows

This is a private studio with 12′ ceilings, two 16 x 8′ sets of windows, tiled floors, submetered electricity. The studio also shares a foyer with two other artists that has coffee.mini friedge that may be used for additional storage in coordination with them. It is located in a well maintained private section in a much larger building with private bathrooms. The studio does require walking through another painter’s studio who is very chill and primarily there on weekends and evenings. So sharing the space or occupants requiring client visits are not ideal. Musicians or process millwork not allowed, sorry. Please direct inquiries to parkstudiosllc@gmail.com.
