For the first time in years we have a vacant personal studio! Instead of renting to one person we broke it up into three desk spaces See last 1 pictures For desk space in personal studio 2. (We don’t have the desk yet it will kiss up against the centerline of studio one and studio two.
It’s a new system so we will allow a new minimum commitment! two months for $400 a month +$400 deposit (+ $100 Sewing machine fee if you want to use our industrial machines)
Six month commitment allows standard co-op rent which is $300/mo + $300 deposit + $100 nonrefundable sewing machine maintenance fee allows access to the co-op for five years.

We are an amazing Industrial Sewing + Fine Arts Cooperative ranging from 6-10 artist/seamsters. We have 3 coop spaces available for March. and 1 desk space

The only cooperative requirement for winter is to attend one coop meeting every month in person or by Zoom. And attend one Snack N Sew community event every 30-45 days!
We are the best loft in the building! Top floor, at level with the JM trains. Two new bathrooms directly outside the loft door. Freight Elevator. New AC/Heating. Utilities are extra, Internet is free.

2 4ft x 8ft ergonomically correct pattern drafting and cutting tables
PRINT LAB* A printer set up for Sublimation Print + A heat press that transfers prints on to garments and fabric.
Large full body mirror.
Industrial Hardwood Floors we stripped and reclaimed to look gorgeous.
Two large windows.
*Aside from free workshops if you want to access print lab it’s an optional extra $50 a month and you get an intensive proficiency course with Tobi our in-house sublimation print expert! $50 covers cost of paper. Huge value as this is $300 a week to access if you are not a long-term co-op member.
Most importantly an empowered group of friendly, professional designer-artists who believe sharing the artists process is the most direct path to social harmony.
