I am looking for someone to share studio space with. Building is in Greenpoint (Nassau stop) on Morgan ave. Rent is $600. I am a sculptor/mold maker. There is a kitchen in the building and roof access. lease starts dec 1 (or maybe a bit sooner) . total square footage is around 315 square feet
