Light-filled private art studio sublet or share

Hi, I’m looking to sublet my gorgeous painting studio in Bushwick. Looking for a tenant who can keep the space reasonably clean, open to visual artists, writers, etc. Unfortunately we cannot accommodate tattoo, beauty, sound production or bands. We cannot accommodate a kiln.

The area is quiet, the artists on the floor are kind and I’ve made many friends. The views from the studio is gorgeous—I’ve seen so many stunning sunsets!

I’m looking to fully sublet the studio, or I am happy to split it with someone temporarily! However, I am looking to fully have the studio back.

The building:

✦ Second floor
✦ Wi-fi available
✦ 2 minute walk to the Jefferson L
✦ 30 second walk to Soho Art Materials + Vita Coffee

The studio space:
✧ 262 sq ft, so big!
✧ Heating and AC
✧ Furnished, but almost anything can be removed upon request. All of my stuff + paintings can/will be removed.
✧ Private and fully walled + tall ceilings with curtains
✧ I have cute furniture + coloured lighting 🙂

About the sublease:
꩜ Month-to-month or a 2 month minimum, we can work it out
꩜ $1200 + utilities are $20 a month
꩜ Just let me know 2 weeks if you’d like to end the sublease
