It’s located on the 4th floor of an old factory 24hr access and a freight elevator to our floor to get larger things in and out. This studio is part of a larger private space that includes 4 other professional artists. We all share a small kitchen with slop sink and bathroom. It is a quiet professional studio environment. Great space for a painter.
