I’m subletting my studio in Bushwick from July 1, 2025 until February 1, 2026 (an extension can be discussed).
The studio is on the 2nd floor of an old industrial building in Bushwick with studios for artists, designers, photographers.
The space has 485 square feet, high ceiling, skylight, private bathroom, separate sink, new AC, heating (gas), freight elevator down the hallway.
The space is furnished with a large wooden table, shelf, chairs.
I’d like to leave my paintings in one corner of the studio and in the storage above the door and above the bathroom.
Otherwise the space is empty and clean, walls painted white.
This is NO living, only working space.
24 hours access.
The neighborhood is very inspiring, galleries, music venues, coffee shops, art supply stores are just around the corner.
Jefferson L train stop is a 4 minute walk.
ABOUT THIS LISTER
I’m a German artist based in NYC and Berlin.
I have exhibitions and art projects in Europe the coming fall/winter and would like to find someone responsible and clean to sublet my NYC studio.
RENTAL REQUIREMENTS
$1,480/month plus energy bill.
A one month security deposit is required upfront and will be payed back after moving out.
A $150 cleaning fee will be deducted from the security deposit.
I’ll prepare a Sublease agreement with all necessary information.
