Hello! Looking for someone to share a large studio in Greenpoint starting Nov. 1 with three other artists (all textile artists). $725/month + cost of AC (split four ways) in the summer. The space is in a complex with other studios, so you’re surrounded by artists and creatives. Large window in the studio; nearby slop sink and kitchen. Building has 24/7 security, as well as a loading zone. Looking for someone preferably working in fabric arts but also open to artists working in other mediums.
