ISO roommate for my 2bed in Sunset Park

Looking for someone to take over the lease from my roommate for our 2bed starting September 1st.

Apartment is located about a 7 minute walk from the 53rd St R and about 15 minutes from the 59th St N. It’s about a 2 minute walk to B63 bus. There is no laundry in building but the laundromat is very close (about a 1 minute walk). Also very close to Sunset Park, Greenwood Cemetery, and Brooklyn Chinatown.

About me: my name is Lee, I’m 25 and a preschool teacher. I love cooking, yoga, reading, drawing, hiking, animals, music, and film. I’m a bit of a homebody, and caring for my space is very important to me. Would love to find a roommate with shared interests and values! I also have a cat – he is 3 years old, very sweet and chill, and doesn’t shed much.
