Shelf can be rented for $50/mo or removed. $50/mo, same for industrial clothing rack.

24/7 Access to the 400 sq ft Coop, (located on the other side of pictured fabric wall) is limited to only you.
Meaning co-creators or employees are not allowed in the coop side but can enter your personal studio 24/7 with guest access agreement .
6 month is the minimum, for $550 month. The only cooperative requirement is to attend one coop meeting in person or zoom every month. – – – Rent is $500 with 1 year commitment!
The personal studio gets great light! shining through the fabric partisan wall. We are in the best loft in the building! Top floor, at level with the JM trains. Two new bathrooms directly outside the loft door. Freight Elevator. New AC/Heating. Utilities are extra, Internet is free.

A Printer set up for Sublimation Print
A Heat Press that transfers prints on to any fabric.

Industrial hardwood floors we stripped, reclaimed to look gorgeous.
Two large windows.
Most importantly an empowered group of friendly professional designers and artists who believe sharing the artists process with our community is the most direct parth to social harmony.
