The unit is currently occupied by designers and artists. This space comes completely unfurnished as a clean canvas. Walls will be painted prior to your move in date. Restrooms with slab sinks for painters are located in the hallway on the same floor.

The space is on the top floor of a 5 floor huge warehouse building. We have standard elevator and also freight elevator for heavy / large equipment. 24/7 open and always a super at the front desk, annd street front entrance only open with a key fob. Loading dock at the ground level is possible, and fedex/ DHL are present in the building daily.
