Part of art studio for rent in gorgeous Brooklyn brownstone!

Hi there! Nice to meet you:) My name is Maddie and I am a 28 year old painter. I paint in an art studio in a gorgeous building in Boerum Hill that I share with two other wonderful painters. One is leaving the space and we would love to fill it with another creative. The rent split can be split three ways (each person using a third of the room at $505 each) or in half as it is currently laid out (you using a half of the space and my colleague / I splitting the other half). If you would like half then it would be $757 for that portion. Please let me know if you have any questions and I would be happy to send over a video or give a tour of the space. The building itself is full of other artists and very well maintained.
