Space B (blue): 15’ft wall and 4ft on contiguous wall ($880/month)

Spaces can be combined or reconfigured to suit
The center of the rooms are used as communal workspace

We are painters, sculptors and photographers, conscientious about sound and sharing space. Please no dust making practices.

We’re on the third floor and get great indirect natural light on the window side (and a view!)
The entire floor is shared with other professional artists and is well maintained by responsive and caring management. It’s truly a lovely and supportive community.
Bathrooms, slop sinks and a small woodshop are available on the floor

24 hour access and security on site

Short walk to Greenpoint G train (6 minutes by google maps count)

Rental requirements:
2 months security deposit
