Great private studios available next to Prospect Park!

Parkside Studios is on the ground floor of a conveniently located building across the street from Prospect Park and the Q train at Parkside Ave.

We have private studios available for renting starting October 15th, 2026. This interior studios has a sink and small storage cabinet.

HVAC is connected throughout for heating and cooling year round for all the spaces. Wifi is also included. There are three restrooms available for everyone. Parkside Studios has 24 hour access and a security guard located at the front of the main entrance to the building.

The building is located in Flatbush / Prospect Lefferts Gardens (near the Parkside Avenue Q Station and Prospect Park).

The studio spaces available are ideal for all types of art and creative production except for the use of toxic materials and heavy wood cutting or fabrication.

Parkside Studios is a community of sorts, as we have three other locations down the street that include illustrators, fashion designers, writers/editors, painters, photographers and performance artists. Everyone lives in the neighborhood, yet these studios are easy to get to from many other neighborhoods in Brooklyn and NYC.

Rental requirements:
Security Deposit + First Month’s rent and utilities are necessary to move in.
$800 + $800 + $100 = $1,700.00

Year long leases are written but can be broken with a full calendar month’s notice.
