Great private studios available next to Prospect Park!

Parkside Studios is expanding! We are opening a new location near our other studios (Parkside Studios, #1, #2 and #3.)

Parkside Studios #4 is on the ground floor of a conveniently located building across the street from Prospect Park and the Q train at Parkside Ave. We will have nine private studios available for renting starting October 1st, 2026. There is a range of sizes and amenities of the studios. Six studios have exterior walls with windows and three studios are located in the interior. Some studios come with sinks, which could be great for painters or sculptors.

HVAC is connected throughout for heating and cooling year round for all the spaces. Wifi is also included. There are three restrooms available for everyone. Parkside Studios #4 has 24 hour access and a security guard located at the front of the main entrance to the building.

The building is located in Flatbush / Prospect Lefferts Gardens (near the Parkside Avenue Q Station and Prospect Park).

The studio spaces available are ideal for all types of art and creative production except for the use of toxic materials and heavy wood cutting or fabrication.

Parkside Studios is a community of sorts, as there are more studios nearby (Parkside Studios #1, #2 and #3) that include illustrators, fashion designers, writers/editors, painters, photographers and performance artists. Everyone lives in the neighborhood, yet these studios are easy to get to from many other neighborhoods in Brooklyn and NYC.

Prices range between $750 to $1150 depending on the size and amenities of each studio. Utilities are a flat rate fee included in pricing.

Security Deposit + First Month’s rent are necessary to move in. We are asking for a three month minimum to start but year long leases are written.
