Parkside Studios is located on the second floor of a small building, and is divided into four work spaces. The available private studio is located in the back of these spaces and is 10′ x 12′. There is a window in this studio and comes with an air conditioning unit.

There is a shared restroom with a sink and toilet. The other studios are currently occupied by a writer, painters and a performance artist. Access to the studios are 24/7.

The building is located in Flatbush / Prospect Lefferts Gardens, directly across from the Parkside Avenue Q Station and Prospect Park (on Parkside Avenue). There is a short straight stairway that goes from the street to our space on the second floor.

The studio space available is ideal for all types of art and creative production except for the use of toxic materials and heavy wood cutting or fabrication.

Parkside Studios is a community of sorts, as there are more studios in the adjoining buildings that includes four painters, two fashion designers, photographer, illustrator, and a writer.

Rental requirements
The rent is $700 a month with a monthly $35 utilities fee.

Security deposit, first month’s rent and $35 utilities fee are necessary to move in for $1,435.00 total. Wifi is included.
