We have a unique opportunity in Honesdale, PA (near Milford, Narrowsburg, and Callicoon). Our spacious 3-bedroom apartment on Main Street (normally an Airbnb) is now available for longer stays. We’d love to rent to someone who will truly enjoy both the space and the community. You can offer services right out of your space in our mixed use building.
What we love:
Walkable Main Street with great shops, restaurants.
A bus from NYC just a block away.
A welcoming town that appreciates fresh ideas, creativity, and new businesses.
Additional office spaces available – perfect for anyone looking to launch something new in an engaged community. The whole building is mixed use so you can do from your apartment or rent an additional office below (none currently available but subject to change).
Stay for a week, a month, or more—whether for a peaceful retreat, a business test run, or a mix of both. If this sounds like a fit, let’s talk! $2800 a month to book direct, also happy to offer shorter stay discounts to book direct. There are no 1+ month availabilities until the fall, but I’d love to plant seeds for longer stays now.
