Dreamy DUMBO studio

Huge beautiful white box studio with 3 windows available for April, and from second half of June through end of August. Space is 1000 sq ft and I’m using 300 for storage and might need occasional access.
It’s a perfect space to host studio visits and meetings- you can hang a whole show on the empty walls! April 16-17 is Dumbo open studios so if you get the space for that month you can participate and will get tons of foot traffic.
Very secure bldg with loading docks, freight elevator, and parking garage under bldg.
For summer- the Air conditioning is great!
This bldg is full of artists, arts orgs. and some galleries. You are steps from the water and the beautiful waterfront park and there is even a plush roof deck. F train to York, A/C to High St.
