Big beautiful studio

Extraordinary opportunity to sublet this fantastic large dworkspace while I travel. I’d like to rent it through August but I’m open to shorter.
I will just need occasional access for shipping and receiving from my storage in the space.

I have been in this space for 6.5 years and love it so much. It is the best workspace I’ve ever had, and is in an incredible neighborhood with so many wonderful aspects to it, including being surrounded by other artists, galleries, and residency programs in the building, being close to the water and the park, etc….too many perks to list ! if you know Dumbo, you know what it’s like to be in the area.

Great opportunity for someone who lives elsewhere and wants some NYC time to plug into art world here and have studio visits, etc.
It’s a great studio for hosting studio visits- big expanses of wall, good work tables, everything on casters. Clean environment. Elevator bldg., freight elevator, loading dock, secure.
Also good for artists in need of a satellite project space.
My limitations:
No toxic fumes, no super messy or dusty work. I will keep 1/4 of the space for storage and will need occasional access.
Heat & electricity not included- general cost $60-$150 a month.
Internet is included.

Sublease agreement, refundable security deposit equal to rent due upon signing agreement. References required.
