The space has four large south-facing windows with diffusing shades, high arched ceiling, hardwood floors. Beautiful light through the afternoon. Sink access, A/C, fans, high-speed wifi, and bathroom on the floor.

You’d also have access to: large desk for writing/office work, easel, large glass palette, bookshelf of art books, couch, electric kettle, small fridge, color printer, and a Justrite bin for solvent rags. My work will be stored in a rack tucked away in the corner. (The photo is from move-in day).

Ideal for a painter or writer. The room suits quiet, clean work. No spray, sanding, plaster, or woodwork.

Building has 24-hour access, security, and a on-site super. Management is strict about overnight stays; it’s a work studio, not live/work. Freight elevator available.

Located right next to the Fulton Street hub in the Financial District in Manhattan. Plenty of cafes and lunch spots around. Quick walk to the seaport.

Sublet Sept 13th to October 18th with some flexibility with the dates on either end. A $500 deposit, returned within a week of your departure.
