Art Studio or Work Space available July 1. Premium location within one of the last (if not last) DIY artist-run work spaces in the neighborhood. I have worked out of this space for over 8 years and would love for it to go to another serious working professional artist or creative. Enough space to be shared with 1 other person. This is not your typical sterile studio building but a home grown space built from the bottom up by the artists themselves. Your immediate studio mates are my closest friends – working in film & photo – who together we built out a shared space that includes a mini fridge, water cooler, rolling work table, and additional optional storage.

I am helping with the listing and fielding of inquiries, but in the end, legend long-time artist Maya Hayuk will be your point of contact.
