Art Studio w/ Shared Woodshop

We are looking to fill a vacancy in our artist co-op for immediate move in. This is for STUDIO SPACE ONLY, there are no live/work spaces in our building. We are a close knit community of makers, designers and artists looking for somebody similar to join our space. We welcome painters, craftspeople, small businesses, sculptors and more! This is a really special place to build and create, and we’re looking for someone extra special to join us.

This space is located on the third floor, accessible by stairwell or freight elevator. Space is shared with a painter, has doors and natural light/window. Comes with a window AC unit as well. A large, built in loft adds storage capacity. Fresh paint.

This private studio, on our second floor, offers some of the best natural light and ventilation in the building. A large window looks out over the street, and a door opens to a small metal porch outside. We’ve seen this area used for sanding, spraypainting and more. The studio also has a large, heavy duty loft for storing work, product or tools. Can accommodate an AC unit.
