art studio in perfect location

Studio 3 is available. It’s about 160 sq. ft. and is part of a larger 1,000 sq. ft. space divided into four studios. Each studio is separated by a wall.

There are two large windows at the end of the space, bringing in natural light and fresh air.

The studio is located in the Monty Building, an artist studio building with a community of artists and a focus on environmentally friendly design, including solar panels, a green roof, greywater systems, and radiant floor heating.

The building is conveniently located near the Franklin C, 2, 3, 4, and 5 subway stop, with hardware stores, coffee shops, restaurants, and bars nearby.
