Art studio in Bushwick looking for 2 studio mates!

Hello!

I’m looking for two studio mates to join me in this beautiful 400sqft studio in Bushwick. The studio is a 20×20 square, with one large north-facing window (perfect for art, all day consistent light). I will be using half of the space for my painting studio, and a hangout area (couch, table, fridge, etc.). I’m looking for two friendly studio mates to share this space with and make it a great creative workspace.

What’s available?
– I am subletting 2 10×10 squares (each is 1/4 of the total studio)
– If you’d like to rent both spaces (half of the studio) that’s also possible, just let me know.
– They’re not currently taped off, but if you’d like to do this to make sure your space is “semi-private” we can do that as well!
– The space can be used for anything you’d like!
