Our spaces are designed ONLY for visual artists who are passionate about being part of J&M STUDIOS’ community.
Our community is unified 64 various sizes and conditions of units with multi-materials usage of working artists except working with toxic, chemical, stone, and welding works.
Currently available spaces are: 190 sqft – 395 sqft with or without windows in private spaces. Utilities and wifi service are included except the heating fee in the winter term.
Secured building and locked studio. Facilities are provided with 12′-15′ high ceiling and 24/7 accessible! Communal slop, Kitchen, refrigerators, common area, microwave, ladders, gallery space, brooms, dish soap, recycle art supplies room and freight elevator.
