short term rent is $450 for 6-8 months, paid monthly.
$400 for 9-12 month commitment.

+ $400-$450 deposit
+ $350 lifetime coop membership fee gets you access to the machines and drafting tables and allows option for part time access after your mini studio agreement ends.

We are a cooperative that fluctuates from 8 to 15 core members, we share 5 industrial sewing machines, 2 drafting tables, in 600 ft.² of beautiful loft space supporting each others processes.

Dedicated 4 x 4 foot area, you can have a desk and use the floor to ceiling area to install shelving or equipment, customize in any way.

Includes 24/7 access to all shared stations within our 600 square-foot loft.

• Print Lab: a Printer set up for Sublimation Print, heat press that transfers prints on to any fabric.
