Location is ideal, one block from Prospect Ave R subway station, across the street from Clean-Rite Laundromat. 18th St and 4th Ave. 1500/month plus utilities. Current roommate needs to move out by the end of the month so need a new renter for April 1st. New renter MUST have good credit and be able to sign the remainder of a 1-year lease, which ends in September. Option to renew the lease starting Sept 1st. Also need to be dog-friendly bc I have an adorable 10-lb dog named Pepper who is generally quiet and loves humans. Not a party house. Womxn applicants preferred. I am a queer documentary filmmaker in my late 30s. I wfh from home during the daytime, and usually go out to the gym/park in the evenings and on weekends. Pretty tidy, don’t like clutter, good communicator, honest and easy to get along with. Looking for someone who doesn’t bring the party home and who might even want to help bring the garden back to life this summer.
