Dedicated 4 x 4 foot area, space for a desk and use the floor to ceiling area to install shelving or equipment, customize in any way.

Includes 24/7 access to all shared sewing/print stations within our 600 square-foot loft.

short term rent is $450 for 6-8 months, paid monthly.
$400 for 9-12 month commitment.

+ $400-$450 deposit
+ $100 nonrefundable sewing machine maintenance fee gives you access to the co-op for five years!

++ we’re perfect for visual artists who also sew, Remote workers, sustainable small companies, writers, craftspeople etc!

We are a cooperative fluctuating from 6 to 10 core members that share industrial sewing machines and drafting tables, sublimation printer, heat press in 600 ft.² of beautiful loft space and support each other in growing our processes.

5 Industrial Sewing Machines
2 4ft x 8ft ergonomically correct pattern drafting and cutting tables
A Printer set up for Sublimation Prints
A heat press that transfers prints on to garments or fabric.
Large full body mirror.
Industrial Hardwood Floors we stripped and reclaimed to look gorgeous.
Two large windows.
AC/Heating unit

Most importantly an empowered group of friendly professional designers and artists who believe sharing the artists process with our community is the most direct parth to social harmony.
