Available OCT 1: Three 4 ft x 4 ft desk spaces, we call them mini studios or Mini Stu’s
We also have basic co-op membership spaces available (basic is $300/mo 6 mo commitment, 1 cubby storage, see our other listings)

Dedicated 4 x 4 foot area, room for a desk and use the floor to ceiling area to install shelving or equipment, customize in any way.
Includes 24/7 access to all shared sewing stations and drafting tables within our 600 square-foot loft.
DESK SPACE -MINI STUDIOS
$450 per month for 6-8 mo agreement
$400 for 9 mo or longer agreement
+ $400-$450 deposit
+ $100 nonrefundable sewing machine maintenance fee provides access to the machines for five years
+ $250 Coop Membership fee can be paid in 1, 2 installments or $25/mo over 10 months (one time fee provides
lifetime coop access)
+ Electric (average $15) Internet is free

We are a cooperative fluctuating from 8-13 core members that share 5 industrial sewing machines and 2 drafting tables, sublimation printer, heat press in 600 ft.² of beautiful loft space and support each other in growing our processes.
