We are a cooperative that fluctuates from 6 to 10 core members, we share 5 industrial sewing machines, 2 drafting tables, sublimation printer + heat press in 600ft.² of beautiful loft space supporting each others’ growing processes.

Dedicated 4 x 4 foot area, you can have a desk and use the floor to ceiling area to install shelving or equipment, customize in any way.

Includes 24/7 access to all shared stations 500 ft.², within our 600 square-foot loft

short term rent is $450 for 6-8 months, paid monthly.
$400 for 9-12 month commitment.

+ $400 deposit
+ $100 nonrefundable sewing machine maintenance fee gives you access to the co-op for five years!
