Located in the heart of Tribeca, Diane Fink Management has rented commercial studios in our historic buildings for over thirty years. We take pride in providing a wide variety of studio types and have fostered a brilliant community filled with talented artists and growing small businesses. Our on-site management office is open Monday to Friday to answer your questions and show our available spaces.

Working in Tribeca
Our four locations are all centrally located in Tribeca of lower Manhattan. Addresses include 373 Broadway, 368 Broadway, 370 Broadway, and 189 Franklin. Studios are only steps to many buses, subways (A, C, E, N, R, Q, J, Z, I, 6), SoHo and Civic Center. In addition, our studios are quick ride to Brooklyn and NJ.

Your own Private Work Space
Our properties have built a special community of painters, photographers, art galleries, filmmakers, fashion designers, writers and other small businesses. This niche has led to some great collaborations while also giving other artists privacy in their work. We take pride knowing that several of our tenants have had great success in the art and business world while working in their studio in Tribeca.
